New Connections
Retailer service orders must be received by COB Monday 4th December 2026 to be connected prior to Christmas.
Truck Appointments
RECs are required to book truck appointments in eConnect by Friday 4th December 2026.
We will endeavour to connect those customers where the connection request and valid service orders are received via eConnect after 4th December, however we cannot guarantee that those connections will be completed before Christmas.
Regular operations will resume on Monday 11th January 2027.
