New Connections
Retailer service orders must be received by COB Monday 1st December 2025 to be connected prior to Christmas.
Truck Appointments
RECs are required to book truck appointments in eConnect by Monday 1st December 2025.
We will endeavour to connect those customers where the connection request and valid service orders are received via eConnect after 1st December, however we cannot guarantee that those connections will be completed before Christmas.
Regular operations will resume on Monday 12th January 2026.
